Condo Inspection

Home buyers are always encouraged to make a home inspection a condition of a purchase offer. While home inspections are advertised as a way to detect issues with major house systems like the foundation and roof, this doesn’t mean inspections aren’t relevant for condo buyers. Just as with single-family homes, condos can have issues with the plumbing, HVAC system, and more.

Town Home Inspection

In most cases, a townhouse is inspected differently than traditional homes and cost less due to the upkeep and maintenance of ‘shared’ structures by the property owner and management company. However, inspections of these properties are still recommended to ensure that internal appliances, doors, windows, outlets, and other important items are working as expected. We perform an objective visual examination of the major mechanical systems and interior of the property per InterNACHI “Standards of Practice”. The inspection report typically summarizes findings from a visual inspection of the properties condition, often including heating and central conditioning air systems, interior plumbing and electrical systems and visible walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, basement, and visible structures.

Manufactured Home Inspection

A manufactured home inspection is a complete inspection of the home, from the roof to the ground. There are specific areas that are thoroughly inspected such as roofs, plumbing, electricity, heating and cooling, and flooring. Our educated and InterNACHI certified inspectors understands the manufactured homes unique issues of factory-built homes. This knowledge allows them to pinpoint current and future issues that may be unsafe, lower the value of the home, or be too expensive to repair.
